Student Activities Staff

Provide financial support and assist with all financial matters and systems for Student Activities.

Provides vision, oversight, and support for the infrastructure of all student involvement initiatives.

Provides oversight for all student organizations related to operations, risk management, and eligibility.

Provides vision, oversight, assessment, and support of the infrastructure of all fraternity and sorority life initiatives.

Provides support and oversight to Fraternity and Sorority Life students at Baylor.

Provides oversight for the Bill Daniel Student Center. Coordinates traditional All-University programming and management of staff responsible for Student Productions. Advises Baylor Activities Council.

Coordinates traditional programming such as After Dark, Delta Night Live, Pigskin Revue, All-University Sing, Gateway to India, StompFest, and Gospel Fest. Advises the Student Productions Committee.

Manages all scheduling, reservations, student worker coordination, room set up duties, audio visual coordination, and general event planning and execution for the Bill Daniel Student Center. Advises Union Board.

Coordinates day-to-day operations of Waco Hall including booking, event planning, consulting, billing, and advising students. Supervises the Assistant Technical Directors of Waco Hall.

Coordinates the technical integration for events that take place in Waco Hall, specifically the audio coordination. Manages the student employee processes. Supervises a work team of 40-50 students.

Provides administrative support for the Waco Hall staff by assisting with reservations and advances for events.

Provides support and oversight to university-wide spirit and tradition facets including advising the Bear Pit, Bullpen, the Baylor Set, the Baylor University Chamber of Commerce and various other initiatives that support the well-being and inclusivity of the Baylor community.

Assists with the development of spirit and traditions programming while serving as a liaison from the Department of Student Activities to the Baylor Athletic Department.

Provides support and oversight to Student Government and Student Foundation.
