Priority Events

Baylor University reserves the right to restrict the scheduling of events for designated priority events as determined by the Department of Student Activities. The events include, but are not limited to, Late Night, Homecoming Week (Thursday – Sunday), Christmas on 5th Street, and Diadeloso. Student organizations may request exceptions to the priority event policy by submitting an Exception to Event Request Guidelines Form no less than 14 days in advance of the event.
