Sales and Solicitation
Student organizations desiring to solicit, advertise, or sell a product or service on campus or in the community must comply with the Campus Facilities Use and Campus Solicitation Policy and obtain approval through the Department of Student Activities. An online Event Registration form detailing the solicitation must be submitted and approved before the activity may be held. Student organizations may wish to confer with the Student Organization Solicitation Resource, which includes examples of solicitation methods that are generally approved for student organizations, and Student Activities staff members very early in their planning process so the organization is informed and positioned well to meet their solicitation goals.
