Waco Hall Ticket Office Policies

Payment

The Waco Hall Ticket Office accepts: Discover, MasterCard, and Visa for ticket orders. Cash and Checks are accepted for walk-up sales at the ticket office. Checks are made payable to Baylor University.

Will Call

Will Call tickets may be picked at anytime prior to showtime at the Waco Hall Ticket Office or at the event venue 1 hour before showtime. A photo ID will be required to receive the tickets. Tickets cannot be left under more than one name. The Waco Hall Ticket Office will not be responsible for any tickets dropped off by patrons at Will Call. Will Call is only available an hour after showtime.

Refund Policy

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted.  The Waco Hall Ticket Office is not responsible for lost or destroyed tickets, however tickets may be reprinted. You will need your confirmation number.

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is limited. If you need seating, please contact the Waco Hall Ticket Office as soon as possible. Orders will be filled on a first-come first-serve basis. Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
