Visitor Information
Accessibility
Waco Hall strives to provide the best services and accessibility for all patrons. Patrons requiring wheelchair accessibility or other special seating should notify the box office at the time of their ticket purchase. If the event is not ticketed, please contact the Waco Hall staff to inquire about seating locations. There is limited parking for those who have Department of Public Safety handicapped parking permits or plates along the east side of the building between Waco Hall and the Tidwell Bible Building. Please remember that the auditorium doors will open approximately 30 minutes prior to curtain.
Late seating/Reseating policies
ARRIVE EARLY! Patrons arriving late will be seated by an usher in accordance with the policy mandated by the production company. The theater opens approximately 30 minutes prior to curtain.
*Each production company using Waco Hall as its venue will set its own late seating policy for both patrons arriving late and those who step out of the theater during a performance. To avoid problems with the late seating policy, arrive early so you may attend to your comfort needs and be in your seat before curtain time. If you have questions about the late seating policy ask an usher.
